Payments:

For 24-hour rentals, a credit card is required with a $500 refundable deposit (credit card only). Short-term rentals require a $250 refundable security deposit (cash or credit). Special services requested will need a $500 refundable credit card deposit (credit card only). All rental payments are due 1 week before the event. To cancel and receive a refund, the event must be canceled at least 14 days in advance. After 14 days, you may change the event date only. 

There will always be a $50 administrative fee on all cancellations.
