Our Private Terms and Conditions

Membership Eligibility:
Membership is by invitation only and subject to approval by the club’s management. Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and adhere to the club's values and code of conduct.

Membership Dues and Fees:
All members are required to pay an initial membership fee and ongoing dues as determined by the club. Failure to pay dues in a timely manner may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Use of Club Facilities:
Members are granted access to club facilities during operating hours. Use of facilities must be in accordance with club rules, and members are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

Cigar Locker Rentals:
Cigar locker rentals are available as an upgraded membership option. The club is not responsible for the loss or damage of items stored in these lockers.

Guest Policy:
Members may bring guests to the club, subject to guest fees and any restrictions. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to the club’s rules and regulations.

Code of Conduct:
All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. The club reserves the right to revoke membership for behavior that violates the club's standards or disrupts the experience of other members.

Event Reservations and Cancellations:
Members wishing to reserve club facilities for private events must do so in advance. Cancellations must be made within a specified time frame to avoid penalties or loss of deposits.

Privacy and Confidentiality:
Members are expected to respect the privacy of other members. The sharing of private club activities, discussions, or member information outside the club is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Membership:
The club reserves the right to terminate membership at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions, non-payment of dues, or inappropriate behavior.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
